Our suite of softwares import the BIM model to conduct energy simulations to aid in any green design:

 

1. Our building performance analytics conducts sun path analysis and sun shading in the built development to assist in locating the naturally ventilated areas in the proper shaded parts of the development and show the right place to install solar panels if solar energy is harnessed.

 

2, The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) suite will simulate wind flow in the built development to prevent isolated hot spots, besides assisting in the design of HVAC within the building.

 

3. The ETTV suite allows computation of the EETV for the development at a breeze,  removing uncertainty in estimations and allows the architect to make sound decision in the orientation of the buildings and choice of materials to facilitate his green design.

 

4. The heat/cooling load and lighting suite will assist in energy efficient and cost effective designs of M&E systems
